We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow relationships with our top-tier clients. The role involves understanding client goals, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery through close coordination with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing objectives.
- Develop and present campaign strategies aligned with client requirements and brand goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, briefs, updates, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Creative, Design, Development, and Media—for seamless and timely project execution.
- Coordinate the development of campaign plans and social media calendars with the creative team.
- Monitor deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service expansion.
- Address client concerns proactively, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh insights and recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (SEO, SMO, PPC, Paid Media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving ability.
- A digital native, active on social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
