We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across various performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a strong background in Meta, Search (Google & Bing), OTT, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search,  OTT, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Design and implement strategic digital marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
  • Leverage automation tools and AI-driven insights to optimize media buying and audience targeting.
  • Manage relationships with ad platform representatives and technology partners to drive campaign success.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.

KeySkills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing across Meta, Search, OTT, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other  tools.
  • Experience  with conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Ability to manage huge ad budgets with a focus on maximizing performance.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, algorithms, and  bidding strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google  Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic Advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CDPs, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
